We are looking for a Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure and high-performing network infrastructures.

You will play a key role in ensuring network reliability, security, and seamless communication across client environments.

Must Have

  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts (CCNA level or equivalent)
  • Experience with L2/L3 switching and routing
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls (Sophos, Fortinet, pfSense, etc.)
  • Understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle both remote and onsite network setups

Nice to have

  • Experience with OLT and ISP infrastructure
  • Knowledge of advanced routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, etc.)
  • Experience with high-availability and failover setups
  • Certifications like CCNA / CCNP

Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage L2/L3 switches (VLANs, trunking, inter-VLAN routing)
  • Design and implement network architectures for client setups
  • Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and NAT policies
  • Setup and manage OLT configurations and bandwidth allocation
  • Configure PBX systems, SIP trunks, and IVR flows
  • Monitor network performance using tools like Nagios
  • Identify and resolve network outages and performance bottlenecks
  • Maintain network documentation and configurations
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and support teams
