We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented CMMI / ISO Implementation Expert to lead organizational process improvement and compliance initiatives across all departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining CMMI and ISO standards while ensuring operational excellence, process consistency, risk management, and continuous improvement.
This role requires strong expertise in process documentation, audit handling, compliance management, stakeholder coordination, and quality framework implementation. The candidate will work closely with management and cross-functional teams to establish scalable and efficient workflows aligned with international standards.

Required Skills

Preffered Qualifications
- Certified CMMI Associate or Lead Appraiser
- Certified ISO 9001 / 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor
- Experience in IT-related industries or other sectors requiring stringent process control and compliance
- Familiarity with other relevant quality frameworks, such as Six Sigma, ITIL, or COBIT
