At Nilmay System, we are looking for a motivated Desktop Support Engineer (L1/L2) to join our growing IT team.You will provide technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, and business applications.

The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and printer-related issues.You will assist end users and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.The position offers hands-on exposure to Windows systems, Active Directory, and networking.You will work with backup, security, and infrastructure monitoring solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 IT Support
  • Troubleshoot Hardware & Software Issues
  • Maintain Support Tickets & Documentation 
  • Install & Configure Windows & Linux Systems
  • Provide Remort & Onsite Technical Support  

Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Ticketing System & Remote Support Experience
  • Experience with Infrastucture Monitoring Tools
  • Network Troubleshooting
  • Customer-focused approach with problem-solving mindset

Nice to have

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Nice to have Knowledge of AI Tools 
  • Knowledge of Backup Soluations
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple support requests
