We are looking for a skilled CCTV & Infrastructure Technician to handle installation and maintenance of surveillance systems and physical network infrastructure.

This is a field-intensive role, where you will be responsible for cabling, mounting, and ensuring proper setup of security and connectivity solutions at client sites.

Must Have

  • Hands-on experience with drilling, mounting, and cable termination (RJ45)
  • Knowledge of CCTV systems and IP Cameras
  • Basic understanding of networking and surveillance setups
  • Ability to work independently in field environments
  • Physical readiness for onsite technical work
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice to have

  • Experience with brands like Hikvision, Dahua, or similar
  • Knowledge of fiber optics and splicing
  • Familiarity with NVR configurations and storage management
  • Experience in structured cabling projects
  • Experience with ticketing/helpdesk tools
  • Basic troubleshooting of network connectivity

Responsibilities

  • Install, mount, and align IP Cameras for optimal coverage
  • Setup and configure NVRs, including recording schedules
  • Perform structured cabling (CAT6) and RJ45 termination
  • Handle fiber installations, including OLT setup and basic splicing
  • Replace faulty hardware (e.g., NVR hard drives, server components)
  • Diagnose and resolve issues like offline cameras and loose connections
  • Ensure neat and organized cabling at client locations
  • Coordinate with internal teams for configuration and escalations
